Q1. How do I book Le Petit Charme?
A. LPC rents for a minimum three
(3) days. If you want to stay less than three (3) days, you’ll
pay the same amount as if you stay the longer time. There’s
no maximum stay. You can rent LPC as long as you want. (Please
inquire about our monthly rate.) To make a reservation, just
email info@charmingfrenchcottage.com
for availability.

 |
Q2. How do I pay?
A. We require a deposit of 50% of the total rental price for the
booking. You should send us the balance of the total rental price
and security deposit refundable at least four weeks before your
arrival. To know the amount of the security deposit that is refundable,
please go to FAQ No. 5.
|
 |
Q3. Which payments are available?
|
- Bank transfer
- Check
- PayPal
Warning: if you choose a bank transfer payment, you will pay
bank fees if you choose PayPal, there is a 2% charge.

 |
Q4. How is the security deposit refundable?
A. The contract includes the payment of a security deposit
by the renter. Security deposit shall be refunded, minus any
amount withheld to cover repairs to premises and/or theft.
A deduction will be made, if needed, for additional cleaning
beyond the normal amount. Restitution of moneys due may take place during
the month of departure or, at the latest, two months after
tenant's departure according to the French executive order
of 8 January 1993. Whatever the payment you choose, the security
deposit is refunded by cheque.
|
 |
Q5. How long can we stay?
A. There’s no maximum stay. You can rent the cottage as long
as you want. For over one week, we will calculate the proportional
share of the price based on nights. The third and the fourth weeks
are with a 50% discount price. So if you stay one month you will
pay the price of three weeks.
|
 |
Q6. Can we extend our stay?
A. An extension can be made. Your extension is guaranteed if you 1)
ask for it before or during your stay, 2) if the cottage is
available after your theoretical departure, and 3) if you
pay the additional rental fees before the extension begins.
